My brother is able to log into the game, but cannot log into the website. He wants to whitelist, but isnt able to access the forum.
This means that the email has been already used to register for a forum account, and was subsequently banned. He needs to login to his forum account and submit a forum ban appeal.
The issue is he cannot login to the site. I have posted a thread in teh TEch Support section with the error that he gets.
I saw your error image and I removed it because it contained sensitive account information. The message told you that a forum account exists under that email, but it has been banned. Does your brother remember the name of his forum account?
