Hello, I tried logging into my main account after a while of not playing. After re-downloading & installing the game. When I try to login, I comes up with an in-game message saying "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection". Although, I can login to the forums/control panel on main site fine without it telling me anything, and I have logged into my alt. account fine.
Hello, please submit a ban appeal to see if/why you are banned. In the mean time, please don't log in to your alternate accounts as you may face stricter punishment for ban evasion.
I didn't play for months on end. The fuck would I be banned for? Not playing? Also, I donate to support and look a certain way.. to go do something to get myself banned? Like what logic is that.
Some players have been banned as a precautionary measure as they were hacked due to poor account security or from sharing their login credentials with other servers. Some players have also faced connection issues due to attempting to connect from banned VPNs or public networks (which I presumptively ruled out since you appear to be able to connect on other accounts). The reason could be anything or nothing at all, but the only way to find out is to submit a ban appeal.
