Closed cant login

    Issue: Cannot get past login screen - Possible MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: Forever6
    Additional Information: dc then able to reach login screen, but as soon as typing in my ID and PW and click login button, it just freezes there, and the login button is greyed out and not clickable. I've run trouble shooting and it says might be a MAC Ban issue?

    finally i can login now!! can close thread thank you, after i restart my router...why this happened? its 1st time like this so far

    You were probably assigned a dynamic IP that was banned.
