Solved [Solution Given] Can't make it past character Selection

Hi, my IGN is Aci0, and I logged into a VPN at work to try to play a bit in the down time, however I can't make it past character selection as it disconnects me from the login server and shuts down the game.
Anybody got any tips? It works fine at home and was playing it normally
If it's an IP issue then I can understand that, if possible I'd love to be able to play like this but if it's not allowed I understand
