Solved [Solution Given] Cant open the game

tried to install some times . but getting same issue

 

I am having the same issue. Tried redownloading, also by uninstalling first, and turning off windows defender, but no luck yet. Using Windows 11.

i have disabled windows defender..

 

I'd recommend redownload the setup then exclude the file in "Virus & protection" area in the windows firewall, then run the setup as admin.
After everything was downloaded, exclude the whole folder as well, and the shortcut that was made at desktop.
Then - everything should run smoothly.

 

did that long ago . its not working. the problem is theirs not mine

 

Did you completely delete all of royals files THEN did it?

 

yes I unistall it all removed the folder.and install again over 20 times and all times new place .and every time exepctions.did all

i have disabled the windows defender before downloading the file.
installed and try to play and still got the same error (windows defender is still off)

 

yea its theirs problem . my firewall is off and windows defender off always
