hi. I have the same issue for like 2 months, everytime im trying to select my char the game crash and go back to the log in screen with the message ''unable to connect the game server''. I have tried every solution the offered to me, and nothing worked. even made a ban appeal and it says im clean. I have opened 3 new users and the issue every time. all filled are uptaed… please help me!!!
I doubt this would work but its worth a shot. Open up a command prompt and type the following. Be prepared as this will temporarily disable and reneable your internet connection Ipconfig /release When that finishes type Ipconfig /renew When that finishes type Ipconfig /flushdns I normally do the flushdns command several times in succession I had this help me once when i had the same issue, but its very possible it may not work for you.
