So I kill a Red Snail and it drops a shell. I go up to the shell and spam Z. Nothing happens. Pretty sure it's not server lag because I went to a map and came back, went to pick it up again and it worked.
Probably you were just stuck. Consuming a potion will "unstuck" you. May I know what job you are and what skill did you used to skill the Red Snail?
Then there shouldn't be any problem regarding it though. Or at least not that we know of. Only if using a broken skill would cause such issues.
