Closed Can't play Character

    Problem: I can't play on one of my character.
    Details: after putting my pin in, i see perion background (which i believe was the last location my character was at) I see black screen right after and it crashes saying error. Video will show you what happens. Its only for this character. Other characters are playable

    its now giving me henesys background with error code : -2147467261 (invalid pointer) and shuts off

    Please post a screenshot of your mapleroyals folder and include file size and edited times.
