Fixed Can't play GPQ. The NPC "Shuang" is unavailable

    We want to play the Guild Quest, but we clicked the NPC "Shuang" have no response.

    We made a party group have six characters and we are in the same guild.

    but none of us can get any response or dialogue window or any message from clicking the NPC "Shuang".

    So we can't do the GPQ :(

    apparently its due to something that happened in the previous server check but they're looking into it ~f17

    Karven has fixed the issue but the fix will be applied as of the next server check
