IGN: snowday Details/Problem: The info that is saved by my computer to mapleroyals website login doesn't work, and I've tried pretty much every email+password combo I can think of and I still can't log in. Keep telling me "The account username and email did not match our records, please check and try again." but I'm pretty positive it has to be one of those. I can provide the 2 emails I would have used to make the account and any other info about the character itself as well. EDIT: ok, by trying to vote I have found my account name. But trying to reset my password using that username and either of 2 emails i could have possibly used keeps telling me there is no match
You need to send a PM to John, Mike, Tim or Dimitri with the following information: 1) Your character names 2) The date of birth associated with your account 3) The email address associated with your account You can include other information that you think will be useful.
