Hey, Just coming back to this game and it's been a while so I can't remember my PIC. But when I click to reset, I don't receive the e-mail. I checked spam and everything. I'm hoping my e-mail wasn't somehow changed. Please let me know what I can do. P.S. I've locked my account trying to figure it out.

Also, just a reminder that the email address is case sensitive *Some browsers will auto-capitalize the first letter of email address The account recovery request will likely take weeks to process
