I used to play in this server like a year ago and I forgot my old account's username and password, I tried thinking what it was and trying out usernames I might have used but I just could'nt retrieve my old account >< so if someone could pm me and help me get my account back I would be gratefull, I do remember my main char's name in that account so it probably should'nt be so hard to retrieve it if you help me
Since you lost your account name just keep "lost login ID" You need to send a PM to both John and Katsuruka (in the same PM) with the following information 1) Lost login ID 2) The date of birth associated with your account 3) The email address associated with your account 4) The sha-1 hash of a new password (the new password itself must be less than 12 characters long) To get the sha-1 hash of your new password, go here: http://www.sha1-online.com/ Enter your password there and press the "hash" button, then paste the hash into the PM. Instead of putting in your login ID which you don't have, just keep what it already says when you copy paste the format into the PM.
Well I opened a conversation with them like 6 days ago and they didn't reply yet, did you mean that I should contact them by email?
If you sent a PM with all the correct information, you should have gotten a response in your PM. Maybe try reply to the pm you sent, if you did it correctly.
