    Problem: Can't reset my PIN

    Details: Dear Royals assistance, I have been trying to log in my accounts and play the game again(after a long break),
    unfortunately I have been facing an issue that I don't receive an email regarding the PIN reset.
    I am trying to log in into both of my accounts, facing the same issue, my two in game IDs are (censored)
    I havn't played Royals for a few years and I would like to return to the old experience.

    Please help me on retrieving my accounts.
