IGN: 13laze Problem: items are unretrievable from Fredrick after server reset on 1/12/2019 around 11:30am EST. Details: Every time I try to place my Hired Merchant store it says: 'Please use this after retrieving items from Fredrick of Free Market.' But every time I click Fredrick nothing happens. The window to retrieve my items will not pop up. I have tried exiting the free market and returning, I have changed channels, I have relogged the character, restarted my game client, restarted my computer, I even reinstalled the game! Nothing has fixed it, please help! Thank you!~~
Also, every time I try to click Fredrick my character seems to bug out, I won't be able to talk to any NPC's or use an FM portals after I have failed to retrieve the items from Fredrick
from similar threads that i've seen, ur best bet is to just wait for the next server check for this to be fixed. and no i dont know when it will be no one knows
