IGN: CristoVive Problem: items are unretrievable from Fredrick. Details: Every time I try to place my Hired Merchant store it says: 'Please use this after retrieving items from Fredrick of Free Market.' But every time I click Fredrick nothing happens. The window to retrieve my items will not pop up. I have tried exiting the free market and returning, I have changed channels, I have relogged the character, restarted my game client, restarted my computer, I even reinstalled the game! Nothing has fixed it, please help! "Could you take a screenshot of what happens when you try to talk to Fredrick?" Nothing happens. There isn't any window with his response. There isn't any error message on chat or anything And just as it was described in the other thread (link in the first post) my character gets "bugged" and I can't talk to any other NPC until I leave FM and re-enter again I checked on other characters: - when I didn't have any items to retrieve and didn't have a store open, clicking on Fredrik opened a window with message "you don't have any items" - when I had a store open then clicking on Fredrik opened a window with message "your store is at CH XX FM YY" So it's not like the NPC is bugged for all my characters. Only for the one that needs to retrieve the items I actually don't remember if I had any items or mesos to retrieve (I might have just left the store open without any items and mesos, to keep the fm spot) But I wanna will be able to open the store now .
