Fixed Can't revive after using door

    Can be reproduced fairly easily.

    1. Be a priest/bishop
    2. Use mystic door
    3. Die
    4. Press OK to be revived

    And nothing happens. Gotta relog to respawn.
    Even if you wait for the door to expire to click OK, nothing happens.

    Also worth noting: the door can be used by party members when the priest/bishop is dead.
