Hello! I was running Zakum earlier and i got the ''Mapleroyals has stopped working'' prompt. For some background, i have had some crashes at Zakum before, but restarting the client has always been a solution (sometimes i have needed to re-download the client) until now. When i tried restarting this time i got the ''error code -2147467259 (undefined error)'' and the client crashed immediately. Same thing happened even after i downloaded a new client, updated my drivers, turned off antivirus, made exceptions in firewall etc.. Tbh im stumped at this point :/ need some assistance! Thanks!
Right.. What i believe was the case was that while removing mapleroyals and re-installing the client, all properties in the folder didnt get removed or replaced properly. So i used a program i had installed prior called ''CCleaner'' (which is like a more in-depth junk remover in your desktop trash bin). I used that program to search for problems in the register files, removed any trace of mapleroyals and re-installed the client. Has worked fine ever since Maybe it just started working on its own, but as i stated before i tried everything except this and it just wouldn't work.. Hope this can be of some use, because i dont really know what fixed it otherwise
