Can't see some seller

    Hello.
    Only in Perion I can buy psotions and ect, but in other cities I can't see the seller.
    Also, in Perion I can't see Sophia (I took a screen-shot).
    Thanks for helping!
    I first played in 2004, comming back now! :)
