Can't seem to enter Windowed mode

    I can't seem to enter windowed mode. I've tried using alt + enter as well as changing it manually in the game settings but both of those don't seem to work. When I change it in game settings and press ok, it just unchecks both the fullscreen and windowed mode boxes when I reenter game settings. Could it be an issue with dual monitors?

    I checked this option on properties>compatibility>run in 640 x 480 screen resolution and it worked. weird.
