Closed Cant select a character

    Problem: can't log into the game
    Details: I'm helping a friend post this thread cus he doesnt have a forum account.what I attached in the screenshot will occure everytime after he selects a character in character selecting page and he will get disconnected later after that.he hasnt played Royals for a while and got banned for 3 days for spamming the last time he played this game.Thanks for helping out.
