Solved [Solution Given] Can't speak to Fiona NPC in NLC (Phantom Forest)

I can't seem to speak to Fiona. I have completed all quests available in NLC, but nothing seems to pop up after clicking her. All other NPCs in the room, such as Joko, prompts conversations, but not Fiona. This seems like a bug. I am trying to craft items through her such as Balanced Fury stars.

 

Just to be sure, you completed the quest "The Fallen Warriors"?

 

Yes, I've completed that quest

 

"The Fallen Woods" that you screenshotted above is a different quest. That unlocks the CWK shop from Mo (even in the quest window it says so).

If you were following this guide, the wording is a little funny, but you will need to finish these two quests now to actually unlock crafting.



Just make sure you still have the "Map of the Phantom Forest" that you wouldve gotten earlier in the quest chain in your inventory still. I dropped mine before reaching this part and had to contact a GM to get one back.
