Not Bug Can't start zakum prequest at 3rd job instructor, and missing NPCs at El Nath

    Clicked on the 3rd job instructor and all she said was 'Your time has yet to come...' I'm above level 50, too. Also, I can't seem to find the NPC Jane at El Nath, I've tried all channels but shes not there.
