Cant to Server

    me and my friend were training at Ghost Ship 2 and suddenly the mobs didint spawn so we log out and we cant log back in. It says your charater is been logged in so we went to the website to fix it and now we keep dcing at the charater selection screen and the error it gave us is We unable to conect to the server due to a server check or firewall block or network issue. Please Help~
