Fixed Can't trade AP Reset Scroll

    I can't trade AP Reset.
    As I tried to drop it,nothing happened and then my character couldn't use the protial,shop, and change channel.
    As I tried to trade the scroll with other plater,the trade always unsuccessful.

    Only useful way is use the scroll.

    Please fixed it!

    Now, changed channel and 2 AP resets are gone!

    I have the same issue...
    I just want to know what are the trading limits (cause i'm pretty sure it's that). Is it 100 per hour/2 hours/6 hours? Just give us the info and we will respect it!
    If it's not anything associated with a certain limit, what is it?
