Closed Can't Trade APR

Hi,

I recently purchased a bunch of APR to sell to someone and it won't let me trade anymore.
I'm carrying 500 mill on me, so its not an issue of me having too much mesoes.

It was only letting me trade one at a time and now it says trade unsuccessful, even if I try to trade 1.
I tried to cc as well. Logged out, logged back in.

I was trying to trade with Yellowblue .

Please advise.

Hi, can you try storing those APRs in your Cash Shop inventory? They should disappear.

 

If they disappeared, I wouldn't be able to sell them.

Just wondering if its a bug that will be resolved.

 

From what I can tell this issue arises when people stack their APRs in their Cash Shop inventory. When I purchase bulk APRs I just rapid click my Cash Shop inventory to immediately move each individual APR directly into my inventory, and I have had no issues dropping, trading, or using them. But yes, this is something that is on our list of issues to fix.

As for your specific case, I'll have an Admin verify your issue and refund you for the bugged APRs.

Just a heads up, someone mentioned to me earlier if I put them back in cash shop they disappear.
I put them in cash shop, and I had 15, now theres 7 aprs.

Just wanted to check back when I can expect the nx refund.
I left all the aprs in the cash shop.
It should be 15 aprs x 3100 so 46,500 nx.

 

You will be refunded the next time an Admin is available to process your issue. It usually happens during server checks (sometimes earlier), so please remain patient!
