IGN: Pyroxia Problem: Can't trade NX Pet Equips, and lost a item -Auto HP Potion Pouch Details: I was trying to trade my NX Pet Equips to another one of my characters, but the trade kept ending unsuccessfully saying "Trade Unsuccessful". I tried changing channels and trying different characters. It wouldn't even let me drop it. I read a thread here saying that the items might be bugged and to put it back in the cash shop inventory then taking it out and then try trading again. that didn't worked either. I tried putting the item Auto HP Potion Pouch back in the cash shop inventory, then exited the cash shop and when I returned to the cash shop to retrieved it, it disappeared. I hope I can get that item back and that you can help me fix this trading issue. Let me know. Thanks.

Update: I bought another Auto HP Potion Pouch. This one seems to be fine, it can be dropped and traded. However, the NX Pet Equips from before are still bugged. They still can't be dropped or traded. Maybe you could remove the bugged NX Pet Equips, and replace them with new ones? or remove them and reimburse me the NX to buy them again? Also, if possible, If I could get refunded for the Auto HP Potion Pouch that disappeared or at least get it back if that's possible. Let me know. Thanks!

Could you please specify which pet equip(s) are currently bugged? Are they on your character Pyroxia?
Yes, they are on my character Pyroxia. The following NX Pet Equips are still bugged: Auto MP Potion Pouch Wing Boots Binocular Meso Magnet Item Pouch Magic Scales There was also a Auto HP Potion Pouch that disappeared in the cash shop inventory when I tried fixing this issue back in November. But I bought another one from the cash shop to test if that one would be bugged, and fortunately, that one is not bugged. Here's a screenshot where I have highlighted the Bugged NX Pet Equips.
