Hello, I recently bought an NX shield, the love knuckler, from the Cash Shop for my mule (IGN: Caboose). When I tried transferring it over to my main later, I got a message saying "You can't drop or trade this item." I tried changing channels and relogging and it didn't work. I tried trading it, but it didn't work as well; I got the same message each time. I tried dropping other NX items and they worked just fine. Could someone shed some light on why this is happening? I heard something about how shields were donator-only items, but I did get it from the Cash Shop, so I don't know what's going on. I've downloaded the new *.wz files and everything. Thanks.
I can explain why this happens - unfortunately, this item has also been added by mistake to the Donator NPC, and all items from the Donator NPC are untradeable. This means that their Cash Shop counterparts also become untradeable, as they are the same item. We will try to get this fixed, but you might have to wait a little while, as we're working on some fairly major issues right now.
