Can't use outlaw skills (Burst Fire)

    Bug: I just did the 3rd job advancement and put 1 SP into Burst Fire. However, I can't click it to use it and I can't drag it onto keyboard config. All the second jobs skills work fine.

    It's not actually a skill, it changes the way your "double shot"works.
    If you use double shot after putting a point in, you will notice it has 3 lines instead of 2
