Not Bug Can't vote for NX - Not recognising character level...?

    Just come back after a hiatus with Royals... and I have 1 char on my account, called 'wolfspit'

    It tells me "There is no character level 15 or above on the account." - But he's level 51.

    Is there something I should do or is this a known bug?
