For the past 3 days every time I go to GTOP100 to vote for NX after the captcha I get the red text indicating "You have already voted, please try again in X amount of hours" but this information is not true. So much that I've not been able to vote for the past 3 days. I've tried 3 different internet sources (school home internet, mobile internet, home internet) with no success until I used a VPN to connect to the US and only then did it work (I understand the use of a VPN is against the ToS but I was simply using it to troubleshoot my problem, you may remove the NX from my account if you please). Has there been other reports, other than myself, regarding this issue?
It's not that Royals doesn't allow you to use VPN, but is GTOP100 that doesn't allow you to do so You need to request for a fixed / static IP address from your WiFi provider to prevent others from voting on it
