Not Bug Can't Vote: no character level 15 or above

    hello. I'm new to MapleRoyals. Yesterday I got to level 15 and tried to vote but it said "There is no character level 15 or above on the account."
    And I'm level 30 now.It still can't work. :((

    P.S. I'm a foreigner and my English is so fcking bad. If there are some mistakes form me tell me please. m(_ _)m

    That error message pops up no matter what, make sure that the account you are trying to vote for is logged off, and that you are entering the username used to log into the account, not your character IGN.
