Can't vote

I've been having issues with this for almost over a year, and still nothing has been done to fix it.
Use my computer (on wifi) and my phone (not on wifi) to vote and i'm still not getting my nx

I do the thing when it makes me use the arrows to make it straight and i do that then it says it's working but i never get any nx
