The problem is with your mobile broadband adapter - it gives everyone who uses it the same MAC address for some reason. As a result, the reason you are unable to vote is that you share a MAC address with another MapleRoyals player.
I tried using my mobile data instead of the "mobile adapter", which is a device that provides wifi when it's switched on but it results the same.
It's okay now. I found a way to vote, which is to be punctual and be the first to vote when the waiting time elapsed.
and today i just figured out another problem. Let's assume I have 2 accounts, account 1 and account 2. Using the same IP address, account 1 is able to vote while account 2 can't. Does it has anything related to "voting-before-24", as in i clicked on [vote] before 24 hours. Best regards.
You are only able to vote once per voting site per day, regardless of how many accounts you have. If you wish to vote on more than one account, either vote on one account one day, and the other account the next day, or vote for account on on GTop100 and account 2 on UPS.
Oh i forgot to mention that, for example, account 2 is unable to vote at the moment regardless of whether account 1 has voted or not. Both GTop100 and UPS.
Either you or the other people (there are at least 2) who have the same type of mobile broadband adapter get a different way for your computer to connect to the internet, or you will all have to take turns voting with people you don't know and who live in completely different parts of the world from you. The problem adapters seem to be the Huawei E303 and Huawei E353 as far as I can tell.
