Closed Capt Latanica did not drop black essence or soul lantern

    Problem: Title. Capt Latanica did not drop black essence or soul lantern
    Details: Killed Capt Latanica and it didn't drop either item. Can i get either a refund on the run (white essence) or both the soul lantern and the black essence? Either is fine, just didn't know if they are supposed to be not 100% drops.

    captain lat. does not always drop 100% both black essense and lantern. I had to kill it three times before I got both of mine
