Are you using the client from the royals.ms website? Try redownloading it. I don't know why this would be happening and there have never been any reports of this issue before. I hope that you have not attempted to modify the client which could possibly be the cause for this. If that still doesn't work then you could try entering the cash shop from other characters to figure out if it is an issue with that character? If so then try unequipping items? Or maybe it could be something to do with wishlist items. Just throwing some ideas out there.
Of course i am using client from mapleroylas.com. I was on vacation 10 days and when i back i download the new client and its happend... i dont touched the wish list.. however i try open new charachter and see if its work.
