Closed Cash Shop doesn't work for me

Issue: Cash Shop not working

Details: Everytime I try to access Cash shop it says it ran into and error and kicks me back out. It works for other people AFAIA but doesn't work across my whole account.

EDIT: Tested on other account and works. Logged back in to zSmoke account and still doesn't work.

EDIT2: Checked my account via website. My DP shows as -15 when I should have 6 DP left over. Possible problem?

You may want to state more information that would be of help such as location where you tried to enter CS, and what error(s) you received.

 

Well I don't think location has anything to do with it, but when I click CS, my NX and DP both say 0 and it says 'Due to an unknown error, the request for cash shop has failed.'

 

Silly question but are your files up to date?

 

Yup! There was nothing to download since this morning right? Otherwise everything is up to date.

 

Yeah latest files are as of the first cash shop update. I'm not sure what might be causing this. @Karven @Matt

 

I might have a theory as to why it doesn't work. My account is showing up as -15 DP but that's impossible I left it with 26

 

FIXED. I just donated anyway

 

Seems like the negative rp was an issue from when Matt was removing the 20 rp for a name change, some weird bug or something but glad that it's fixed for you!
