Hi I'm unable to click on anything in CS everytime i try to reserve or purchase a CS item it says Request timed out please try again. And the click response gets removed, I then need to quit CS and re-open and get the same issue when trying to purchase an item again. Also i've been experiencing issues with my client being non responsive, as in i'm able to see other characters moving still but the whole client is non responsive and my char is still active in terms of getting dmged. Thanks in advance!
Would recommend doing a clean install if you are unable to click anything in Cash Shop Uninstall > restart PC > reinstall
Hi, applogies for the late reply - can confirm issue is still present E.g. trying to add item to wish list or remove item from wish list - after clicking okay i'm unable to click anything exept "EXIT" return to game then i'm able to click in CS again but the issue loops. Only experiencing this issue with this acc - my BS account seems to be acting as normal (using the same client).
I will forward this to the admins. This seems to be a rare, but recurring issue. Hopefully we can get it resolved.
