Not Bug Cash Shop Pet Equips Problem

I basically bought a Husky, a pet in the store and then i bough lots of equips (i had 16k) like meso magnet, item pouch, lots of stuffs. (All of them was to the pet get itens and coins from the floor) But then, when i checked my iventory the only thing there was my pet and a bone that i bought. All the other stuffs didn't show up. When i was buying it again appears a message saying that i already have buyied that. I don't want my things back because i can't prove that i lost, but this is a very annoying problem, can you fix it??

Maybe isn't a bug, maybe i don't know how to use this stuffs, can someone help me if is the case?

 

Do you have the equips in your equip tab?

Have you equipped the items already?

 

No, the equips didn't even showed up in my iventory, but the nx has been spent.

 

The only 2 itens that i saw in my iventory was the bone and the husky

 

How much NX do you have right now?
Items do not just disappear.

 

600 i guess, not sure. (I had 16,6k i guess, not sure, maybe less.)
