Cash shop reservations don't work. Additionally, once you try to reserve and fail to reserve, you can't buy anything in the Cash Shop. EDIT: You also can't remove anything from your Wish List. Attempting to remove something from your Wish List doesn't seem to break the Cash Shop like adding something does.
