Fixed Cat Lying in Front of a Fan Chair is coming up as untradeable when it wasn't before

    I've had a couple of guildmates tell me their chair was untradeable, but I remember putting it as tradeable in the chair guide (and because I wanted to buy one later lol)
    I don't have a screenshot yet of the chair in question now, but back during chair gacha I have one --

    Not sure what prefix to use, but if it were me I'd be using the Critical one ~f4

    I’m unsure if there are any other chairs bugged, as nobody else had come forward yet, but I’ll keep an eye out :)
