Awaiting Feedback chair used to be tradable and now has became untradable

Just came back a few days ago and my Starry Night Chair that i got a few months ago during the chair gacha event has became untradable. Im aware there was also Sky Chair that looked exactly the same but was untradable, but im 100% sure that Starry Night Chair was suppose to be tradable.

 

Both chairs were available from the chair gachapon, and the untradable chair is still untradable, and the tradable one is still tradable.
I am not seeing anything that would have made this possible.

it was originally tradable my starry night chair, otherwise I wouldnt have been able to transfer it to my main from my alt in the past o.o

Your images does not show anything other than you having an untradable chair that was available from the event.
Like I said there is currently no proof of anything like this happening, and if it did, everyone would be affected.

I am not sure what the third image is being used for, it's not your character and as I mentioned both versions of the chair was available in the event.

i originally got it from my arch mage and transfered to my nl . I never imagined that it would suddently become untradable a few months after

 

please look into it

 

Hope you actually get some real help, OP. If you drop traded it there may be a glitch similar to how dropping NX and equips causes the equips to disappear when being looted in between two NX items. Not sure but it’s something to consider
