If you use your chalkboard then walk into an fm room the effect will be still visible to others, but not to the owner of the chalkboard. You can't set up your chalkboard otherwise in the FM rooms. I've seen some people afking with the chalkboard effect being used in the rooms and figured it out when I could see it on my other character. Character view Other persons view
Furthering the glitch the effect stays visible even after changing maps only on other peoples screen so owners where this is happening are oblivious and resetting just takes using the chalkboard again then "X"ing it out.
