Duplicate Chalkboard/NX Special Effects

    Noticed there's a change, possibly a bug since the last update.

    Chalkboard and special effects(ie. Super Symphony) do not appear on other players' screens when they just loaded the map(just entered the map), or when I change channel. It wasn't supposed to be like that before.
