As many might read from blacklist thread i think its necessary to think for a solution of how krex run being counted to avoid thing like this in the future i have some ideas below 1. Using sign up system just like zak, ht Pros: u control who to run with, who sign up as leader first get it. Cons: need a new npc for this (up to staff) 2. The count for the run only after hitting the branch and summon the boss (like pap) Pros: Since there are pap so i think its more easier for staff to change. Player get it have a chance to get out without losing the run. Cons: still it might confuse to say that who must leave the map and who stay. 3. The start automatically when party leader get in the map. This is same with ephenia/chao run. You will need to pt up, only pt leader can get in the map (orher members will be tp to the map automatically and the door will be closed at the same time). Pros: there will be no conflict, whos faster get the map since its fair competition. Members of pt no need to stay on top to get in since you will be auto tp to the map when leader get inside. Cons: now krex run will be down to max 6 characters run.
I think about it also but the sign up thing need an npc so i gave the solution as title because pap the same (easier task for staff mayb?)
There should be a 3min window where you can freely leave, just like pap. Edit: tested, I was very wrong. Krex has a timer so that's different from pap, I support sign up.
I dont think so. Whenever u get in the map the clock starts alr which will count as 1 run. Pap doesnt has clock which i believe why u can get out before sphere is summoned.
I just entered krex for under a minute and left, that counted as a run. I do recall there being a 3min? timer for pap such that you can freely leave, but will count as a run after that, even without summoning pap.
You can leave without it counting as a run if you're pretty quick, but I'm not sure what the limit is. I usually check the map really quick with my bishop before dooring to make sure no one is inside, but I'm always in and out within like 2 seconds.
We have recently discussed this within staff and will try to increase the timer when entering the map before it counts as a run as long as the bossfight didnt start yet in a future update. Thanks for your feeback!
