Change to the vote timer(no greed)

Hi there!

So I was hoping the voting timer could be changed. I don't mean change it from 24 hours till 12 hours. I mean refreshing it at 00:00. So that you can still only vote twice every 24 hours, but you can choose yourself when you vote. For instance, I can vote around 00:30, so i have to wait till then, unless i wanna miss a vote. If the votes get unluckd at a specific time, one could vote anytime he/she wants, and still keep the votes at 2 per 24 hours. I am fairly certain this is possible, since i have previously played on MS private servers where they had such a voting timer.

Idk what ur saying but i think ur tryin to say that u wanna change the time u vote every24 hours an not that time everyday since u want to vote earlier?
If thats the case then just skip a day, then vote w/e time u want
