Changes to Market Place Bumps - "how many threads can I bump daily"

Hello to the Traders/Merchants of MapleRoyals~
You may have noticed a slight addition of the bumping rules as per the following:

"In addition, you may bump a maximum of 2 threads each in Buying/Selling/Trading per day."

This change means you may bump up to 2 threads once per UTC day (per section)

*Should you have 3 or more active threads currently, please only bump max of 2 daily (for each section)
*You may bump 2 x threads in Buying, 2 x threads in Selling and also 2 x threads in Trading daily (UTC)
*The bumps are still once per day (UTC)

This change was implemented to avoid any confusion about "how many threads can I bump daily in the Market Place?", we hope this clarifies things!

Note: For players who bumped excessive threads (3 or more), WP (Warning Points) will only be issued from Aug 2023 onwards.
