Chaos scrolls making items do freaky ish

I recently scrolled facestompers where a chaos scroll made them have - dex. without them i hit 120 dex, but with them i drop down to 117. this has happened to a couple other people's items as well, and apart from reporting this as a bug, id also like the -3 to be reset back to 0 as it should be. Thanks, Jason.

 

They do not say -3 DEX, there is no mention of DEX whatsoever on the FS - but I can confirm they do 'give' -3 DEX, as I tested them on my Paladin when Jason thought he was going crazy.
