Closed char have been delete

Problem: my friend's char have been delete
Details: my friend have not play roral for 1 year , these days he want play but when he log in, show him the char have benn delete

 

That character is not deleted.

 

when he log in , show him " this is an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection please check again"

 

Then that leaves us with blocked from connection, which would mean you are banned. If you feel this ban was unjustified, post an appeal in the proper section.
