I wanted to bring to your attention a situation I encountered when I logged for the first time back into the game after not being active for two months. Upon logging in, I noticed that several items and mesos from my account were missing. I understand that this may be a common issue, but I am extremely concerned as I have put a lot of time and effort into acquiring these items. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with any information regarding the activities that took place within my account during the two-month period in which I was away. If there is a way to retrieve my lost items, I would be grateful for your assistance. I have been a loyal player of this game for a long time and it is disheartening to see that my hard-earned progress has been taken away from me. If there is any information or documentation you require from me to verify my identity and claim of ownership, please let me know. Sincerely, a true maplestory fan since 2006 the IGN acc in this topic is ToptrippleG ALSO today when i redownloaded the game and logged in i had to reset my password due to many tries (?!!) wich i ofc did and didnt make a big deal. BUT when i logged in i found that i started the game inside henesys store wich i never in my life go into since i have never made an bow char ever.(forver NL fan) bu i went straight to FM for fredrick to see if i maange to sell any items from store from before. upon seeing what i have i could not find my shinobi bracer wich was a top tier wepon in terms of scrolling. upon further checks i only had 3m mesos left (?) N0t eaven NX if you can tell me if my acc has been logged in before within the last 7-8 months and if so. has there been any trades? were was this acc logged in. i never join guilds or have buddies in the game besides the top 1% big whale players witch u can see my buddy list on.
Edit: ive red in the sandbox chat that Frederick in FM. Does this %. He takes 1% Every day so i want to know if i have lost it in that way or if ive been ”hi-jacked”

You can view more information on what we suggest for players here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/account-security-a-reminder.207236/ Unfortunately since this was not due to a breach on our end, we cannot assist with recovering items, etc. I would suggest changing your information to something that is unique to MapleRoyals (not used on other websites), and make sure your password is not easily guessable (don’t make it words that can be found in the dictionary, make it something unique to you).
Dear GM. I have the knowledge that it depends on the specific game that someone is playing. In some games, A GM has the ability to access logs and records of players' login times and trade activities. In other games, this information may not be readily available to the GM, or the game may have privacy policies that prevent the GMs from accessing such information without just cause. Ultimately, the ability of the game master to check login time stamps and trade stamps will vary depending on the game and the privacy policies implemented by YOU the game developers. It is ofc a good idea to review the terms of service and privacy policy for the game i am playing to determine what information is available to the players and what protections are in place for your privacy. Wich i have done. @Bacon , I was wondering if you have the ability to view the last login logs of my account and if so, can you tell if a player has logged in from a country outside of Sweden? Hello. I don’t have the ability to view those logs, but if you are missing items and your character was in a different location, then your account was hacked.
I appreciate your response, BUT I have seen information on OTHER BAN APPEALS that suggests that the ability to view login logs and ip-adress is available to you and your team. I can go back and printscreen other appeals from both @Matt and @Tim . Can you @Bacon please clarify this discrepancy and explain why I was given the impression that you do not have access to these logs? I also want to express my disappointment in the level of service I have received from you @Bacon . Despite my attempts to resolve an issue with my account to be given about loggs. I feel like my concerns have not been taken seriously and the responses I have received have been unsatisfactory altho its ”hackers” we talk about and you are not taking it seriously. I have been a player of the game for some time now, and I have always been a strong supporter of the community. However, the lack of attention to my issue and the inadequate responses I have received from you have left me with a feeling of frustration and dissatisfaction. I would like to request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution. I am eager to continue playing the game and participating in the community, but I cannot do so with the current level of stress and dissatisfaction and ”not-caring” response. I guess I’m confused. First, you are not banned so this is not a ban appeal. Second, yes, our administrators do have access to logs (I don’t as a GM intern), but those logs will just show that your account was indeed hacked. Our rules still stand however that we do not refund items/mesos/nx from accounts that were hacked, unless there was a breach on our end (which there was not). I’m not sure what you’re hoping to achieve with this, but I’m sorry that you feel I haven’t given you adequate support. Just to be clear, if you are wanting to see the logs yourself, that won’t happen either.
