This is mainly directed toward mods, but I'll put it out there for anyone who can help. So I made an account at the beginning of the summer and played mapleroyals for a few months. I stopped playing after a while because I needed a break. I tried today to log back into my account and it said that my username and password were incorrect (After spending a decent amount of time trying every password I use). Weird. So I went to the password recovery page and tried to send a recovery email to the email I use for every single game related account (there is no way it was the wrong email) and the page told me the email was not linked to an account (?????????). This puts me under the assumption that my account was possibly deleted? (Let me reiterate that I am 100% sure I used all of the correct credentials). I'm not sure why or how but that seems to be the only reason why this could have occurred. Am I missing something? Is there a way to retrieve my account if it was somehow deleted? Any help would be greatly appreciated, particularly from moderators/admins.
Not sure how recently you tried logging in, but the servers are offline right now because they're updating the game files, so no one is able to log in. Otherwise, I'm not too sure.
Because all accounts are being transfered, so they're not on the current database that is connected to the website.
